Is Alpino available in the US and Canada?

Yes! TRWS is the official US and Canada partner for Alpino, so every jar, pouch, and box you order ships from right here in North America — no customs delays, no grey-market guesswork.

What makes Alpino peanut butter different?

Alpino peanut butters are made from 100% roasted peanuts — no palm oil, no added sugar, nothing artificial. Depending on the jar, you're getting up to 30% protein per serving, and most varieties are gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO.

How much protein is actually in your products?

It varies by product — anywhere from 13% in our Corn Flakes up to 30% in our Natural Peanut Butter. Check the protein callout on each product page or the jar/box label for the exact number on what you're buying.

Are your products safe if someone has a food allergy?

Most of our lineup is built around peanuts, so if you or someone you're shopping for has a peanut allergy, our products aren't for you. Our muesli, oats, and corn flakes are made in facilities that also process tree nuts and other allergens, so please read the label before digging in — especially if anyone at your table has a nut allergy. If you have a life-threatening allergy, check with your doctor before trying anything new.

How should I store my Alpino products, and how long do they last?

Peanut butter: keep it sealed in a cool, dry pantry — no need to refrigerate unless you like it extra firm. Muesli, oats, and corn flakes: keep them in an airtight container away from heat and humidity once opened. Check the best-by date printed on the package for exact shelf life.

What's your shipping and returns policy?

We ship to addresses across the US and Canada, with rates and delivery windows calculated at checkout based on your location. For food safety reasons, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges once a package has shipped — but if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or just wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
